Studio Policies

No show and cancellation

If a client cancels their session, no refunds will be awarded. Any payments made to the studio are forfeited.


Things happen. To reschedule a session, it must be done 15 days prior to the session. The session deposit will be applied to the new date. The rescheduled date must be within the same calendar year and the session must be rescheduled within 30 days of request. Clients may only request to reschedule their session once.

A $500 rescheduling fee applies to all requests.

Late arrivals

If a client is arrives late to a session, she/they will have the remaining allotted time for the session. If she/they would like additional time, the client may purchase an additional hours at a rate of $400, which is due prior to the end of the session by cash or Venmo @dv-mora.


The studio owns the copyright in all images created and has the exclusive right to make reproductions for, including but not limited to: marketing materials, portfolio entries, sample products, editorial submissions and use, or for display within or on the Velamora website, social channels and/or studio.

If a client has an apprehension to being featured on any media shared by the studio, I encourage you to speak up!

All photographic materials, including but not limited to: raw files, negatives, transparencies, proofs, previews, and edited images are the exclusive property of Velamora.


Payments are final and non-refundable. Late payments are subject to a $350 fee per day past due date.

Package payments are non-transferrable.
